APAC Competition Night Rules
Please refer to page 6 of the APAC Members Handbook for general rules and guidelines for submitting images and to "APAC Cempetition Nights>Image Naming Conventions" for detailed instructions.
Print Images
All prints should be submitted before 6:45 pm the evening of the Competition. Prints should be clearly labeled. People entering Prints will be required to submit full quality jpg files with maximum 1024pixiel horizontal dimensions or 768 pixel vertical dimensions on or before the Wednesday prior to the competition.
Submitting Prints
- Prints MUST be matted and mounted to a firm backing.
- ONLY Black or White mats are allowed.
- Single MATS Only. Double matted images will be disqualified.
- Ensure that your Print is stickered properly with Name, Image Title, Category and Level - Refer to the Image Naming & Submitting for APAC Competitions document for more info. Stickers are available at the competition table.
- Draw an arrow on the back of the mat to indicate the top of the image.

Digitally Projected Images
Please refer to the Image Naming & Submitting for APAC Club Competitions document for further information on naming your digital submissions. (.pdf file requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Submitting your Digital Images:
- For Level 1: E-mail images to levelone@apac.bc.ca by 8:00pm on Wed prior to the competition meeting.
- For Level 2: E-mail images to leveltwo@apac.bc.ca by 8:00pm on Wed prior to the competition meeting.
- For Level 3: E-mail images to levelthree@apac.bc.ca by 8:00pm on Wed prior to the competition meeting.
Please Note: All digital images must be submitted by 8:00pm on Wednesday prior to competition night...NO exceptions. |
